The mission of the Derry Area Revitilazation Corporation, or DARCee, is to promote the continued revitalization of the area's economy by taking remedial actions to eliminate physical, economic and social deterioration of the area; disseminate information and promote interest and community involvement in preserving the area's aesthetic and economic and social well-being.
